CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all reservations made through our booking engine.
By completing a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms
and conditions outlined below. Specific terms may vary depending on room type, rate plan, promotional
offer, and stay dates. Where there is a discrepancy between this general policy and the rate-specific
conditions displayed during booking, the rate-specific conditions shall prevail.
1. Standard cancellation terms
Unless otherwise stated on the rate or room type selected, standard reservations follow these rules:

Free cancellation period:
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to
48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.

Late cancellation:
If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date, a
cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night’s room rate, including applicable
taxes and fees, will be charged.

No-show:
If you do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date and do not cancel in advance, your reservation
will be treated as a no-show and you may be charged up to 100% of the total reservation
value.
2. Non-refundable and advance purchase rates
Certain rate plans offer discounted pricing in exchange for stricter cancellation conditions. These may
be labelled as “Non-Refundable”, “Advance Purchase”, or similar:

Immediate charge:
The full amount of the stay may be charged at the time of booking.

No cancellation or refund:
Once confirmed, these reservations cannot be cancelled or modified free of charge.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.

Changes treated as cancellation:
Any requested change to dates, length of stay, room type, or guest details may be treated as a
cancellation and rebooking at the current available rate.
3. Flexible and semi-flexible rate plans
Flexible or semi-flexible rates may offer more generous cancellation windows:

Rate-specific terms:
The applicable cancellation deadline and fee, if any, will be clearly displayed before you confirm
your reservation and in your confirmation email.

Guest responsibility:
You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the cancellation terms associated with the rate
you select before confirming the booking.

Modifications:
Changes made after the free cancellation period may result in additional charges or may not be
permitted, depending on the rate conditions.
4. Group reservations
Bookings of 5 rooms or more, or bookings made under a group or corporate agreement,
may be subject to different terms:

Deposit requirement:
A non-refundable deposit (for example, 30% of the total group value) may be
required to confirm the reservation.

Staggered cancellation deadlines:
Group cancellations may be subject to staged penalties, such as partial charges for cancellations
made 30–14 days before arrival, and full charges for cancellations made
within 14 days of arrival.

Contract terms:
Any signed group or event contract will supersede the general policy and will be communicated to
you separately.
5. Modifications and date changes
Requests to change your reservation are subject to availability and the conditions of the rate booked:

Availability and new rates:
New dates or room types are subject to current availability and pricing, which may differ from your
original booking.

Within penalty window:
If you request a modification after the free cancellation deadline, the change may
be treated as a cancellation and may incur applicable cancellation fees.

How to request changes:
Modifications should be requested through the same channel where the original booking was made
(our website, app, or authorized partner).
6. Early departure
If you decide to depart earlier than the confirmed check-out date:

Charges for unused nights:
The property may charge up to 100% of the remaining nights on your reservation,
depending on the rate plan and stay conditions.

Refunds not guaranteed:
Refunds for early departure are generally not provided unless required by specific rate conditions
or applicable law.
7. No-show policy
A reservation is considered a no-show if you fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date and do not
inform the property:

Automatic cancellation:
The remaining nights of your reservation may be cancelled automatically.

No-show charges:
You may be charged up to 100% of the total reservation amount, according to the
rate conditions.
8. Force majeure and exceptional circumstances
In certain extraordinary situations, such as:
- Natural disasters or extreme weather events,
- Government-imposed travel restrictions or border closures,
- Serious medical emergencies affecting the guest (proof may be required),
the property may, at its sole discretion, offer options such as:
- Waiver or reduction of cancellation fees,
- Credit for a future stay, subject to blackout dates and validity periods,
- Modification of stay dates without penalty, subject to availability.
Any such accommodation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
9. Refunds and payment processing
Where a refund is due under this policy:

Original payment method:
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, where
technically possible.

Processing time:
Once approved, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your
bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Currency and fees:
If your payment involves currency conversion or international transactions, any differences due to
exchange rates or third-party fees are your responsibility.
10. Display of policy and guest acceptance

During booking:
Applicable cancellation terms will be displayed on the room and rate selection screens, as well as
on the final confirmation page, before you complete your booking.

Confirmation email:
A summary of your booking and the applicable cancellation terms will be sent to the email address
you provide during booking.

Acceptance:
By completing a reservation, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the cancellation and
refund conditions associated with your selected rate.
